These Terms of Use cover your use of rbtdistribution.com (the “site”), run by RBT Distribution (“RBT,” “we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What this site is for
This site gives general information about RBT, the brands we carry and how to become a dealer or supplier. RBT sells wholesale to businesses only, not to individual consumers. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product at a set price.
2. Dealer accounts and orders
Dealer accounts, pricing, ordering, payment, shipping and returns are handled through the RBT dealer portal at rbtdealers.com and your dealer agreement, not through this site. Those terms govern your purchases. Sending us a form on this site does not open an account or create any obligation for you or for RBT.
3. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on this site current, but product lines, brand availability, shipping times, policies and other details can change without notice. Shipping cutoffs and delivery times are typical, not guaranteed. Your rep and the dealer portal have the current details for your account.
4. Brand names and trademarks
Brand names, logos and product images shown on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify products RBT distributes. Their use here doesn’t mean the owner endorses this site, and it doesn’t give you any right to use them. The RBT Distribution name, logo and site content belong to RBT.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes sending false or spam form submissions, trying to get into systems you aren’t authorized to use, interfering with how the site works, or copying large parts of the site’s content for commercial use without our permission.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to manufacturer websites, social media and the dealer portal. We don’t control other companies’ sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, RBT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Product warranties come from the manufacturer and your dealer agreement, not from this site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

This policy explains what information rbtdistribution.com collects and how we use it. It covers this website only. The RBT dealer portal at rbtdealers.com, where dealer accounts and orders are managed, has its own privacy terms.
1. Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site (dealer pricing, dealer application or catalog download), we collect what you type in, such as:
- Your name, business name, business type, and city and state
- Your work email address and phone number
- Anything you add about the brands or products you’re interested in
We don’t ask for payment details, tax IDs or passwords on this site. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can respond.
2. Information collected automatically
